I'm Matt Adams. I've spent more than 14 years working residential and commercial trades — including six and a half years doing finish work inside institutional facilities, where every tool was accounted for, cleanliness was held to hospital-grade standards, and the work happened around people living in the building. You don't survive in that environment by winging it.

I named this company Due Diligence because that's the standard: verify the conditions, put the scope in writing, price it flat, and stand behind the finished work. If part of a job isn't worth your money, I'll tell you. If it belongs with a roofer or an electrician instead of me, I'll refer you to one. Talking a customer out of a bad purchase costs me a line item and earns me a customer for life — I'll take that trade every time.

My wife and I live here in Farmington and run our businesses here. When you hire DDC, the person who quoted your job is the person on the ladder.
