Paint Is the Last 20%. Prep Is the Job.

Peeling, chalking, faded siding doesn't just look rough — it's your home's first layer of weather protection failing. Exterior painting done right starts long before the color goes on, and that's where most cheap paint jobs fall apart.

We've spent 14+ years in residential and commercial trades, and the pattern never changes: paint fails where prep was skipped. So we don't skip it.

What's In Every Exterior Paint Job

  • Wash and scrape. Power wash to remove dirt and chalk, scrape and sand failing paint back to a sound edge.
  • Repair and prime. Bare wood gets primed, gaps get caulked, and minor siding damage gets repaired before paint — not painted over.
  • Quality coatings, applied to spec. Professional-grade Sherwin-Williams products applied within their temperature and coverage specs, because that's what the warranty on the can actually requires.
  • Clean lines, clean site. Sharp cut lines at trim and masonry, plants and concrete protected, and a full cleanup every day — not just at the end.

Flat Price, Documented Scope

Before work starts you get a written scope: what's being painted, what's being repaired, what products we're using, and one flat price. If we find hidden damage once we open something up, work stops and you get a written change order to approve first. No verbal add-ons, no invoice surprises.
